Preview-Taos Ski Valley Resort 2008-09
The 2008 and 2009 winter season may not yet be upon us, but that isn’t stopping the Taos Ski Valley Resort from selling discounted tickets. Not only are their tickets being offered at seriously discounted prices, but a number of additional amenities are also currently discounted, including many of the lodges nestled within the ski valley. Adult lift tickets for the 2008 and 2009 ski season are currently $40, with $30 lift tickets for teenagers and $25 lift tickets for children. The Childrens’ Ski School is also currently being offered at discounted rates of $62 for each day, and this price includes rentals, morning lessons, lift tickets, afternoon lessons and a planned lunch. Time to start planning your Taos ski vacation for this season.
The opening day for the Taos Ski Valley Resort’s 2008 and 2009 winter season is November 27, and discounted rates for lift tickets and other amenities will be offered between this point and December 19. The winter season, which is perfect for skiing, snowboarding and a myriad of other winter sports, should stretch well into early April provided that the weather is right. Visitors to New Mexico are urged to make travel plans sooner than later so that they can take advantage of special pre season deals such as those currently being offered by the resort.
