Skiing in Utah - When you choose Utah skiing, you become a part of history. The Deer Valley Reort was where they held the Mogul, Slalom, and Aerial events in 2002 for the Olympic Winter Games. Putting that aside, you'll find lots of different trails to ski and plenty of ways to have fun when you come to Utah for skiing. Come and see where the Olympic events were held and maybe you'll find yourself in the same area where someone won a gold medal.

Brighton and Solitude Resorts in Utah - 2008 Season

Brighton and Solitude Ski Resorts in the News. In the interest of providing a unique collection of fine dining, cafes and other eating experiences, the Brighton / Solitude Resorts in Utah is proud to announce that they are progressing well on the development of the
Millicent Chalet. The Millicent Chalet is brand new for the upcoming winter season which begins in late 2008 and spans into the beginning of spring in 2009. The Millicent Chalet is an exciting new addition to the Brighton Resort and ski Utah crowd, offering a varied menu of exceptional food and a wonderful deck that will allow visitors to enjoy the weather when it isn’t too cold outside.

The Millicent Chalet is located at the base of the brand new Millicent High Speed Quad adventure, giving skiers on this side of the mountain a chance to stop and get some fuel in them while they are riding in this area. All of Brighton’s restaurants and cafes are strategically placed so that skiers, snowboarders and other adventurers can stop and catch a bite to eat or something to drink whenever they need. Regardless of the weather, the Millicent Chalet will certainly provide a comfortable place for individuals and families to stop and lunch between busy days filled with skis and slopes.
